Doctor recommendations

Hi there,
I finally have health insurance and am in need of a primary care doctor. I have back problems for which I plan on eventually getting breast reduction surgery, but for that to be covered, I need case history. I have been seeing a chiropractor, but have been told that it would help if I also see an MD. It would also be nice to be able to get a prescription for pain medication for when my back is particularly bad between chiropractor appointments.

I currently have Lifewise, but that may change at the end of the month. My family trust is paying for my insurance, and is exploring other plans at the moment. So really, as long as he/she takes most major insurance companies, it should be fine.

I am slightly overweight, and would appreciate recommendations for practitioners who aren't going to constantly nag me about my weight, or blame any and all health issues on my weight. I realize I could stand to be healthier, but I also know it's not my only problem.

I also require someone who is LGBTQ friendly.

Beaverton/Hillsboro area preferred. Also preferably open after 5pm on weekdays or on Saturdays. I CAN take time off work for appointments, but don't want to have to take too much time, and I work M-F 8am-4:30pm.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
