hollywood video attacks from beyond the grave.

I just received a friendly collection notice from universal fidelity on behalf of hollywood video. They claim I owe them $55.00, while this isn't a huge sum....it is more than I would ever be willing to pay for return of the living dead 5. Which I am sure is a terrific movie, but I have never seen it. or rented it for that matter. 

I have been reading about this matter online and other than attempting to get proof from them, I do not know how to go about making this go away. does anyone have any advice? or have you fought and won?
