Riverside Cemetery

Hey-o! I went to Riverside Cemetery today with a few friends.
Guess what we found?

Batman

How to get there (once you're at the cemetery):

Basically, drive up towards the 3 (private) mausoleums. (You know, these things.)

It's up near the top of the map, around 109. Batman and Starkweather are facing the road, directly off the road.

Happy hunting! :D

Oh dude I read that one, he totally faked it so he could see which executives were trying take over Wayne Enterprises!

Not as cool, but at the Costco in Wilsonville, it's on the corner of Bruce Way and Heather Place.

Someone has defaced the sign so it reads BRUCE WAYNE.

At first I thought it was BRUCE WAY NE, (North East) and thought that someone in city planning has an awesome sense of humor.

Either way, it was still pretty good.

It's funny. I had a whole conversation with my bff about this.
me: "We need to find the 'Batman' grave!"
her: "Oh, so it says 'Bruce Wayne'?"
me: "...No, it says... 'Batman'."

That's kind of awesome, though. I love comic book references in real life. We thought we'd found Bruce Banning's grave, but alas, it was not his. :C

That's ok, there are several places where they write in a D on NE Flanders.

We always would see the Wayne Bruce Tire Center on the road, and would comment about "This is where Batman makes his money."

Yeah, Portland City's been a real hellhole without him.

(Anyone else get a call from Harvey Dent the other day, by the way?)

No problem. That cemetary is sooo big, I'm surprised we found it. It helped that I was able to recognize the graves from behind, but we were still searching/taking pictures for a good 2 hours.

Is Robin's grave nearby? (The jason todd version) :P

I think any grave marked "Jemima Batman" is worth not having a robin grave.
